MISSION STATEMENT:
What are my goals with this site?

By:David K. Every
©Copyright 1999

This site exists to inform people of the truth... as I see it.

This site exists as a way for me to collect and catalog MacKnowledge in one place, and in so doing, becoming the ultimate MacReferenceSite, to aid other users seeking MacFacts (and to prefix as many words with Mac as MacHumanly possible).

I will continually strive to be accurate -- even when the truth is something I do not like, is not politically correct, or is not what people want to hear.

I plan on using this site as a bludgeon against those who are not accurate to the truth, and against those who would rather hide their history (1).

This site exists as a way for me to express my opinions, knowledge and philosophy on computing (and life) -- and hopefully answer users questions and be a guide along the way.

(1) I can forgive those who wish to change and make an effort to do so, but I will not let cowards hide behind a veil of lies

The primary goals of this site are not commercial -- it is to offer information.

This site is a Mac-Community service, but I realize that I can not do it all myself -- so I do eventually intend to offer some services to help this site pay for itself and grow. Services may include MacKiDo T-Shirts, CD-ROM's (for local reference) and other MacKiDo products. However, this site will remain a service, not a profit center. These ventures will just help fund the site -- which exists to promote the Mac.

I will do my best to keep this fun and enlightening for all of us.
